ADVOCATES FOR EXCELLENCE was formed on March 5, 2009 with an overall goal of encouraging self-empowerment to all people. The Advocates for Excellence Cooperative is set up for members to share their talents and learn from each other.

Through its members, the Cooperative offers guidance in work training, greater employability, members starting their own businesses, and a greater sense of self worth.
